Thomas Jankovic

After graduation, I moved to Philadelphia to live with friends and work remotely as a software research engineer for an electric cooperative nonprofit. I’m developing models that assist the transition of electric cooperatives from nonrenewable energy sources to wind and solar. I’ll teach English in Rheinland-Pfalz as a Fulbright 2020-2021 recipient and I hope to get involved in local Green Party politics, which was the center of my focus as a German concentrator. I hope to combine my knowledge of German culture and politics with my interest in clean energy and continue to strive for change in this field.
