Eliot Pendleton Witherspoon

Eliot is a junior in the German department from Hamilton, New York. Although having decided to major in German only recently, he has already taken a number of courses in the department in previous semesters and is currently exploring a new interest in photography through the Media and Aesthetics track. Eliot also plans to pursue a minor in History. On campus, Eliot is involved in the dance community as a member of Sympoh, Princeton’s breaking crew, and Más Flow, Princeton’s latin dance group. He was also a member of the inaugural Bridge Year cohort to Cambodia where he lived with a homestay family and worked at a non-profit arts school while studying the Khmer language. In his free time Eliot enjoys skateboarding, walks in the woods with his dog Violet, and eating good food with friends and family.
