In celebration of the philosopher’s 100th birthday and the landmark publication of the reader History, Fables, Metaphors, Fables (Cornell 2020), two leading scholars of Blumenberg’s monumental corpus will discuss the urgency of his thought for literary theory, criticism, and history.
Florian Fuchs and Paul Fleming have recommended a small selection of Blumenberg’s texts in English and German as background to their presentations. See link below.
