Professors Poor and Nagel Awarded 2023-2024 Flash Grant

This year, the Council awarded 27 new grants for innovation and collaboration, led by 41 faculty from across 25 academic departments and programs.

Associate Professors Sara Poor and Barbara Nagel have been awarded a 2023-24 Flash Grant by the Humanities Council to convene a reading group of faculty and students.This reading group aims to expand and diversify the community of the of German Department at Princeton by fostering the study of “Transnational Literatures” and “Literatures of (Post-)Migration,” two increasingly relevant fields in German studies. Building on a 2023 Humanities Council Flash Grant, this initiative will develop a new conference in spring 2024.
