How To Apply

1. Update: Applications for the summer of 2024 are now closed. The next application cycle will begin in September, 2024.  If you have been offered an internship and are required to submit a new or revised Summer Work Program application form for administrative purposes, please contact Angiras Arya at swp@princeton.edu. 

2. Schedule an Interview (if requested) via SWP’s Calendly page or by emailing the Assistant Director at @email 

3. Submit Application Materials:

• Degree Progress Report via Tigerhub
• Enrollment and Degree Verification
• Cover Letter
• An English CV/resume conforming to these guidelines.
• German CV (if requested)
• German Cover Letter (if requested)
• Recommendation Letter
• Language Evaluation

4. Spring Semester:

• Company interviews (if required)
• Receive and accept internship offer
• Apply for funding on SAFE
• Register travel plans
• Apply for visa (if required)
• Apply for Work Permit Waiver (if required)
