Author unknown. Ebstorfer Weltkarte (ca. 1234/1240). This is the largest extant European mappa mundi from the Middle Ages. The original was destroyed during World War II. This is a reconstruction by Hartmut Kugler, in Die Ebstorfer Weltkarte. Kommentierte Neuausgabe in zwei Bänden, unter Mitarbeit von Sonja Glauch und Antje Willing. 1: Atlas, VIII–175, 2.
